Terms and Conditions

1. General Information
​
1.1. These terms and conditions govern the booking and stay at Montana Conservation Camp ("Camp"). 1.2. By making a booking, the guest ("Guest") agrees to comply with these terms and conditions.

2. Reservations
2.1. Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or via third-party booking platforms.
2.2. All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
2.3. Full payment within two days of the booking is required to guarantee the booking.
2.4. The camp can only hold the guest's reservation for 2 days or 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date (whichever is earlier) while the camp is waiting for the guest's proof of payment.
2.5. All reservations remain pencil booked until the camp's staff has verified the payment.
2.6. All reservations are automatically cancelled if the payment has not been paid within the specified time frame.

3. Rates and Payment
3.1. All rates are quoted in Philippine Peso and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3.2. It is the guest's responsibility to transfer the amount of the deposit in order to confirm the reservations.
3.3 The full amount of the reservation must be deposited within 2 days after the booking or 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date, whichever is earlier. The bank details are provided in the booking confirmation sent to the guest.
3.4 The proof of payment must be sent via email at hello@montanaconservationcamp.com to confirm the guest's reservation.

4. Check-in and Check-out Policies
4.1. Standard Check-in time is 3:00 PM; check-out time is 12 NN.
4.2 Guests have to inform the reservations team if their estimated time of arrival is beyond 8 PM. Otherwise, the camp reserves the right to release rooms at 8 PM due to no-show.
4.3. Deposit Policy: A cash incidental deposit of P2,000.00 will be required upon check-in for glamping and villa accommodations. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out if not utilized and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
4.4 Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4.5. A valid photo ID must be presented at check-in.

5. Cancellation and Rebooking Policies
5.1. Guests are required to notify the camp of any cancellations, rebooking, or changes to their reservation by email at hello@montanaconservationcamp.com within the specified timeframes below.
5.2. Cancellation Period: Guests must cancel their reservation at least 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid any cancellation charges.
5.3. Cancellation Charges: Cancellations made within 6 days of the arrival date are non-refundable, and guests will be charged for the entire duration of the reservation.
5.4. No-shows: Guests who do not arrive within eleven (11) hours of the check-in date and time are considered a no-show. Reservations are non-refundable, and guests will be charged for the entire duration of the reservation.
5.5 Rebooking: Guests who wish to change their reservation dates within 7 days of arrival may do so without incurring additional fees, subject to availability and any rate differences.
5.6. Changes to the reservation dates, room type, or other details may be subject to availability and additional charges. Any increase in room rates due to changes in reservation details will be the responsibility of the guest.
5.7. Force Majeure: In the case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government actions, or other events beyond the control of the guest or the camp, the cancellation and rebooking policy may be subject to adjustment.
5.8. Refunds: Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5 working days of the cancellation request.
5.9. By making a reservation at Montana Conservation Camp, guests acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this cancellation and rebooking policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we strive to provide flexibility and exceptional service for all our guests.

6. Guest Responsibilities
6.1. Guests are expected to behave in a respectful manner and comply with all Campl policies.
6.2. The Camp reserves the right to refuse service or evict any Guest who does not comply with these terms or engages in inappropriate behavior.
6.3. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to Camp property.

7. Liability
7.1. The Camp is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
7.2. The Camp's liability for any damages or losses is limited to the amount paid by the Guest for the booking.
7.3. The Camp is not liable for any injuries or illnesses resulting from insect or animal bites.

8. Privacy Policy
8.1. The Camp respects the privacy of its Guests and handles personal information in accordance with applicable laws.
8.2. Personal information collected during the booking process will be used for reservation purposes and to enhance the Guest's stay.

9. Force Majeure
9.1. The Camp shall not be liable for any failure or delay in providing services due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions.

10. Governing Law
10.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines.
10.2. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Palayan City, Nueva Ecija.

11. Amendments
11.1. The Camp reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. 11.2. The current terms and conditions will be available on the Camp's website.
By proceeding with the booking, Guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
